— 3+ years of project management/development team management experience;
— Fluent spoken English and experience working in an international team;
— Prior technical background working as a developer or QA engineer;
— Strong communication and presentation skills;
— Analytical thinking and organizational skills;
— Deep knowledge & significant experience in Agile methodologies;
— Ability to manage expectations and handle potentially conflicting requirements.

— Good experience with Atlassian software suite JIRA, Confluence;
— Understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable applications;
— Knowledge of the French language.

— Managing the development process and engineering team: general performance, meeting the client’s expectations, people management;
— Gathering needs & vision from the client’s stakeholders and ensuring that the team understands and accomplishes them;
— Contributing to the global roadmap of the product together with the client’s stakeholders;
— In charge of product backlog: specifying, prioritization of new features, evolutions and bugs;
— Planning & animation of Scrum events;
— Animation of product development discussions within the team;
— Organizing releases and communicating short-term roadmap knowledge throughout the team;
— Analysis and reporting on team velocity and deadlines to the client’s stakeholders.
