Delivery Manager (вакансія неактивна)

Impressit is looking for a Delivery Manager to join a cross-functional team working on successful project delivery and client account management. What do we expect?

— 5+ years of experience in Delivery Management or Account Management in a 100+ person IT company
— Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts and ensuring high-quality delivery
— Strong understanding of SDLC, budgeting, resource planning, and risk management
— Experience with contracts, SOWs, business development, and pre-sale processes
— Knowledge of budget forecasting and delivery analytics
— Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
— Experience managing distributed teams
— Fluent English (written and spoken)

What will you do?

— Ensure all projects across accounts are delivered on time, within budget, and to scope
— Oversee delivery pipelines, timelines, and resource allocation
— Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management of delivery teams
— Serve as the primary contact for clients, fostering trust and long-term partnership
— Lead regular client check-ins and quarterly business reviews, identifying opportunities for account growth
— Validate leads, oversee pre-sale activities (RFPs, SOWs, proposals), and ensure smooth collaboration kickoff
— Manage and mentor Project Managers, Tech Leads, and delivery teams
— Continuously refine and enforce agile delivery frameworks and documentation standards
— Monitor project profitability, utilization, and delivery efficiency, collaborating with finance and sales
— Ensure consistent reporting, change management, and quality assurance

As a plus:

— Understanding and experience in setting security compliance standards (ISO, SOC)
— Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
