About The Role

We are looking for an ambitious and proactive recruitment specialist to join our team. As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for owning the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, and continuous improvement of the candidate experience.

What You Will Do

— Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
— Own all stages of the recruitment process
— Generate talent pool for open positions using all available sourcing channels such as direct outreach, social media, job boards, employee referrals, and networking
— Review resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and ensure that they match with company culture
— Pitch the company, our values, and principles to win candidates’ heart
— Facilitate the interview process, coordinate candidate feedback, and keep ATS records up to date
— Continuously explore ways to improve the candidate experience, from initial contact to onboarding
— Experiment and embrace change! There’s always room for improvement.

What We Expect

— 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
— Great people skills
— Confidence in candidates’ evaluation and great interviewing skills
— Well-structured approach in managing candidates’ pipeline and hiring processes
— Upper-intermediate English or better
— Understanding of technical terminology
— You have many ideas on how to improve the recruitment process and provide the best candidate experience.
