About The Project:
Our partner is helping large call centers coach their reps and improve performance.
You will be working on our brand new platform, Frontline, which is designed to be self-serve, like Slack or Quickbooks. The main focus is on making every feature simple, performant, and useful. One early user of this platform recently told us, “every other call center is doing it the wrong way!” As an early member of a small, experienced team, you will have the opportunity to fully participate in building out our app.
What You Will Do:
You’ll spend most of your time building product features. That includes building the core frontend/backend components, implementing AWS services, optimizing for performance, and writing test cases.
What We Expect:
— 5+ years of software development experience with Node.js and React.js;
— Great command of Typescript environments: Monorepos via npm, Webpack, Babel, ESlint;
— Experience with AWS Services: Lambda functions, Aurora RDS, SQS, SNS, SES, S3, Step Functions; Performance: Cloudwatch,
— Good experience with writing tests: Selenium, Jest.
