We are an official authorized representative for all the investment programs we offer.

Our offices are located in Austria, Malta, Portugal, Hungary and the UAE, but we hire worldwide.

We are thrilled to share that we are on a continuous growth trajectory and are currently looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Implement an email strategy for B2C and B2B projects.
• Work with a communications map to plan out the email campaigns.
• Create new email chains and update current ones, and set up trigger automations.
• Segment, reactivate, enrich data, and personalize offers to improve engagement.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators of mailing lists and constantly work on improving the indicators (OR, CTR, CR).
• Test hypotheses and conduct optimizations, conducting A/B testing.
• Develop and implement a strategy with the IT team.
• Work hands-on with the ESP platform to execute the email campaigns.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms, such as Customer.io or Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and Tableau.
• Understanding of A/B testing.
• Proficiency in working with Google Forms, Google Sheets, and Excel.
• Understanding of segmentation and personalization principles.
• Knowledge of various communication channels, such as SMS, push notifications, or messengers.
• Understanding of email delivery basics.
• Fluent in Ukrainian

• English language proficiency at the B2 level or higher.
