We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager for the AlterMe project!
The AlterMe mobile application allows you to create a personal 3D Alter Ego, meet and communicate with new people, experiment, and creative with your style.

Requirements:
— 4+ years experience in Media Buying and Performance Marketing;
— Solid working experience with the following mobile marketing channels: FB, Snapchat, Tik-Tok;
— Understanding the Integrated Marketing approach:
— Strong project management skills;
— Good negotiation skills;
— Expreience with different application of analytical tools (BI, attribution, tracking systems);
— Superior organizational and problem-solving skills;
— Level of English: Upper-Intermediate or higher;
— Excellent written and verbal communications.
— Detail-oriented and responsible;

Responsibilities:
— Development and execution of general marketing strategies;
— Planning and management of regular marketing activities;
— Carrying out experiments to improve effectiveness of AD campaigns & analyzing their results;
— Responsibility for overall marketing campaigns quality and the KPI’s achievement.
— Management of high-quality marketing materials production (banners, video, graphics, copy, etc.);
— Cooperation and establishment of effective communication with channel managers & partners;
— Communication & collaboration with the stakeholders and creative team to acquire content or resources needed for marketing projects;
— Development of integrated content plan and managing AD log;
— Influencer marketing & outreach activities.
— Management of deadlines, budgets, assets, overall scope, and project organization to ensure project requirements;
— Regular communication with the PMM’s about the overall status of marketing projects in progress and in the pipeline (including timelines, estimated efforts, resource needs, risks, issues, budget, etc.);
