We are looking for a very motivated and passionate IT Recruiter to join our HR department and help us grow our IT teams.
Ultimately, you will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions.
We need you if:
You love what you are doing. You act like account manager for every candidate, you listen, observe, care, give constant feedback.
You have 1+ year of IT recruiting experience
You want to learn and you are eager to self-improvement
You have superb interpersonal and communication skills
You understand business needs of the company, you feel the right profile, understand peculiarities of each project.
You know how to get things done. If you don’t know, you come and ask for help.
You know English at least on Upper-Intermediate level
You understand IT market in general
You are not afraid of new challenges and new market opportunities
