Manage team’s performance
Be the “go to” person for the team for any task-related questions, processes, procedures, and administrative issues.
Evaluate and improve team’s performance regularly
Make sure team meets SLAs and stays on target
Be the link between Task leads and Support team
Communicate with the task leads to make sure that OKR and SLA progress is clear
Interview potential candidates to ensure high quality and a good fit with team dynamics
Knowledge management and development
Managing the creation and maintenance of documentation for team tasks
Creating or modifying processes
Training new team members on existing tasks
Developing and maintaining evaluation system
