• Experience of full-cycle recruitment process — at least 1 year;
• Experience of working in IT companies (outsourcing/outstaffing/product) or agencies;
• Knowledge of methods and sources of searching candidates;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong interpersonal skills;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, high Internet and computer skills;
• At least Intermediate English level
