• Experience of full-cycle recruitment process — at least 4+ years;
• Experience of working in IT companies (outsourcing/outstaffing/product) or agencies;
• Strong experience in closing IT positions (Senior developers, TOP-level);
• Excellent skills with selection candidates for the interview with key persons;
• Ability to close opened positions in cut terms;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong interpersonal skills;
• Ability to sell company’s vision, passion and career opportunities effectively and fluently;
• At least Upper — Intermediate English level
