Business Analyst

Requirements

— 1 years of experience on a Business Analyst position;
— Advanced / Fluent English level, both written and spoken;
— Ability to capture the core functionalities required for the MVP and past MVP stages, ability to explore and expand the additional features needed for the project;
— You need to love creating well-enough detailed specifications and diagrams. No one likes longreads :)

Responsibilities

— Assisting clients with scope documenting and prioritization;
— Passing the requirements to developers, helping with understanding the specifics;
— Handling client communication (mostly written, sometimes verbal);
— Leading discovery sessions for new features and functionalities needed;
— Maintaining product and project documentation, updating Confluence and Jira tickets;
— Participate in backlog grooming, defining upcoming release scopes;
— Support development team in clarifications of requirements and manage change requests.
