We are seeking a proactive and initiative-taking Brand Manager ready to take on the responsibility of shaping and promoting our company’s brand in the iGaming industry. The candidate must possess integrity, a high degree of responsibility, and the ability to make independent decisions.
The candidate should have:
— Experience in branding and marketing, preferably within the IT and/or game development industry not less than 3 years;
— Experience in building employee branding within the IT industry;
— Full understanding of the current trends and tools in HR branding and marketing;
— Experience in planning and implementing marketing campaigns;
— Seniority level of skills to manage social networks and professional platforms;
— A proven track record of successful interaction with HR and management teams;
— Clear understanding of the KPIs, metrics of the branding and marketing and skills to improve it;
— The ability to analyze the market, competitors, and develop brand development strategies based on these insights;
— Ability to implement the employee branding strategy in the simple plan of actions to get the KPI’s;
— Understanding of the peculiarities of the IT industry to get and recognition;
— Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
— Develop and implement a comprehensive HR branding strategy aimed at attracting talented specialists and retaining existing employees;
— Build and manage the internal and external brand of the company in line with corporate culture and business goals;
— Organize and conduct marketing campaigns to increase brand recognition in the games market;
— Full curatorship of the marketing direction of the project;
— Development and management of the marketing kit — including the creation of creative materials, content planning for social networks, and professional platforms;
— Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adapt strategies based on the data received;
— Close interaction with the HR department and the management team to ensure the coherence of the branding strategy;
— Initiate and implement innovative approaches in promoting the company’s brand;
— Monitor market trends and propose timely changes to the marketing and HR branding strategy;
— Creation of a product branding strategy, launch it and manage the main KPIs;
— Visualization of the road map of the company’s brand recognition plan and manage the main milestones;
— Maintain the PR and marketing brand strategy of the company;
— Manage the internal and external voice of a company’s brand through the key channels;
— Budgeting and controlling of the expenses of the advertising and PR brand awareness;
— Estimate the core metrics of the brand activities and adjust them.
