IDENON welcomes talented professionals to join our dynamic company as a HelpDesk!
We are seeking a driven and motivated individual to join our team. You will be a key player in the delivery of our products and services, working with some of the brightest minds in the industry.

Who we are
IDENON is a Ukrainian company that builds global tech businesses. IDENON ecosystem includes 3 projects that work in online gaming industry.

The following skills are important to us:

  • Experience in a similar position at least 1 year;
  • Good knowledge of computer hardware and peripheral equipment;
  • Skills in diagnosing and repairing computer equipment;
  • Understanding of POP3, IMAP, SMTP, DNS, HTTP, HTTPS protocols;
  • Administration of Windows, Linux, MacOS;
  • Knowledge of network principles and operations;
  • Knowledge of console commands: telnet, nslookup, ifconfig, ssh, ping, traceroute, etc.;
  • Good learning ability, willingness to learn, responsibility, ability to work in a team;
  • Confident command-line skills;
  • English upper-intermediate.

Your future responsibilities:

  • Installing and configuring operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS);
  • Installing and configuring additional software;
  • Performing basic computer hardware repairs and maintenance;
  • Issuing access and onboarding new employees;
  • Working with VPN, LDAP, Gsuite, NextCloud, Slack, Jira, Confluence;
  • Receiving equipment and revoking access for departing employees;
  • Working in a ticket system;
  • Ensuring uninterrupted team operations;
  • Purchase of equipment on websites in EU countries.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience working with a ticket system.
