The following skills are important to us:
— 5y+ proven experience in BI reporting and data analysis in a tech-product company;
— PRO knowledge of Tableau (Online and Desktop);
— Good skill to query data using SQL, Python, or equal;
— Strong presentation and data visualization skills and great attention to details;
— Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate both with engineers and stakeholders to solve problems;
— Ability to describe complex topics in a simple terminology;
— Good problem-solving skills and a high level of self-sufficiency;
— Practical experience with full cycle data management (ingestion, storage, preparation, analytics);
— Practical experience with AWS tools (Athena, S3, Glue, Redshift etc).

Will be a plus:
— Bachelor degree in Economics and/or STEM degree are welcomed;
— Experience with the online gambling industry domain;
— Pet projects and/or hobby interest in data analysis, performance analytics and machine learning outside work welcomed (e.g., Kaggle competitions);
— Practical experience with workflow management tools (Jira), collaboration software (Confluence);
— Upper-Intermediate level of spoken and written English.

Your future responsibilities:
— Analyzing, visualizing, and communicating insights from our data on a regular and ad-hoc basis;
— Designing & implementing effective and clean reports in Tableau, managing tableau spaces and data sources;
— Create (through SQL) and monitor data sources for Tableau usage;
— Design, Processing, Improvement and automation of our promo performance analytics;
— Collect, transform and analyse players activity, segments behavior and distribution of main KPIs using Python/Jupiter;
— Automation in financial reporting processes, using SQL, Python or equal;
— Monthly / Quarterly at a glance reports around corporate performance;
— Performing promotool performance simulations using prepared sample datasets and Python/Jupiter;
— Processing custom analytical requests for GameDev & Promotools team;
— Sharing knowledge, establishing best practices, and questioning the status quo.
