IDENON welcomes talented professionals to join our dynamic company as a 2D Art Lead!
We are seeking a driven and motivated individual to join our team. You will be a key player in the delivery of our products and services, working with some of the brightest minds in the industry.

Who we are
IDENON is a Ukrainian company that builds global tech businesses. IDENON ecosystem includes 3 projects that work in online gaming industry.

The following skills are important to us:
— 3+ years of experience in crafting 2D artwork for the gaming industry;
— 1+ year of experience on positions like Lead 2D Artist / Lead Artist / Art Manager or other relevant;
— Experience in gambling development must have;
— Art education or academic drawing, good sense of color, developed artistic taste;
— Attention to detail, multitasking, generation of ideas;
— Portfolio;
— Strong Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate level of English.

Will be a plus:
— Experience in brand identity development and management.

Your future responsibilities:
— Leading and mentoring the art-team;
— Art vision development and embodiment it to a team through refs, feedbacks, overpaints and art polishing;
— Setting / evaluating the timing of tasks within the team, as well as the quality of their implementation;
— Resolve organizational issues with managers and art-team;
— Advise on any issues related to graphics;
— Finalize the schedule, make final edits;
— Monitoring and analyze global trends in order to apply them to the product;
— Increase brand awareness through identity;
— Be the link between management and Artists.
