We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst/Product Owner to join our team and contribute to the implementation of advanced blockchain technology projects. The ideal candidate will excel in requirement gathering and analysis, as well as stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities:
— Requirement Gathering, Analysis, Elicitation: Identify and articulate business needs, gather functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders, and analyze them to drive project objectives.
— Documentation: Create and maintain all necessary documentation for projects as Business Analyst/ Product Owner. Collect, define and translate business/product objectives into the technical requirements, and User Stories in the Backlog and distribute them to the Development Team. Create detailed and understandable requirements, and support functionality till production.
— Solution Design and Specification: In collaboartion with a team, create technical specifications for project solutions, ensuring they are feasible and meet business needs.
— Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between technical team, clients stakeholders to ensure requirements alignment with project goals and client’s expectations.
— Research and Innovation: Stay abreast of the relevant developments in blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and decentralized finance (DeFi) to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in web3 projects.
— Risk Management: As a BA/PO identify potential risks associated with projects and collaborate with a Project Manager and Dev Team to define mitigation strategies to ensure project success and security.
— Take part in pre-sale activities and estimations of BA/PO scope.

Requirements:
— 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst/ Product Owner.
— Experience as a Business Analyst / Product Owner with creating and launching products with blockchain solutions (mobile, web apps), specifically in the financial domain (wallets, exchangers, budget management apps, etc.) is mandatory.
— Extensive knowledge and solid expertise in Web3 (especially DeFi).
— Knowledge of software development lifecycle and software development methodologies. Successful experience in the Scrum framework (will be a plus).
— Ability to create clear and concise requirements documentation (English writing, diagrams, UML, BPMN). Examples are welcome.
— Strong knowledge and practical skills in business analysis, requirements creation and elicitation, product ownership.
— Excellent knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Draw.io, Miro (or similar). Good skills of diagraming/infographics, at least basic prototyping skills.
— Experience bringing a brand-new product to market, understanding of go-to-market strategy — would be a plus.
— Previous experience in taking part in pre-sale activities, including but not limited to BA/PO analysis of incoming opportunities, BA/PO scope estimation, feature list creation, presentation to a client during pre-sale, etc.
— Excellent communication skills, proactive approach at all levels with internal & external stakeholders. Ability to clearly present solutions, and features with strong argumentation and collaborative approach.
— Strong attention to detail, strong logical & analytical skills, ability to identify corner cases and provide feasible solutions & recommendations for the product.
