IdeaSoft is looking for an SDR who is ready for challenges and new opportunities.
Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.
The primary role of the SDR is to prospect for new clients by networking, mailing, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients, plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company.
You will develop a rapport with new clients, set targets for sales, and provide the support that will continually improve the relationship. You will be required to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients.
This individual will be a highly motivated, active listener able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery, and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision-makers is essential!
Requirements:
— At least 1 year of experience as a Lead Generation/Warm-up specialist in an IT service company;
— Understanding of the ABM approach;
— A driven and passionate attitude;
— Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot;
— Upper-Intermediate proficiency in English;
— With a location in Europe.
Responsibilities:
— On a daily basis, the responsibilities will involve handling responses received from various sources, such as LinkedIn and email, by the Lead Generation department. The tasks include:;
— Profiling every received lead;
— Engaging with leads to schedule calls;
— Maintaining and managing all collected contact databases in the CRM;
— Ensuring quality control of the team of two Lead Generation specialists;
— Providing weekly reports to the Head of Sales.
