IdeaSoft is looking for a Sales Manager who is ready for challenges and new opportunities.
Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.
The primary role of the Sales Manager is to prospect for new clients by networking, mailing, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients, plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company.
You will develop a rapport with new clients, set targets for sales, and provide the support that will continually improve the relationship. You will be required to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients.
This individual will be a highly motivated, active listener able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery, and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision-makers is essential!
— 2+ years of experience in a role of Sales Manager in IT outsource/outstaff companies;
— Deep understanding of IT outstaffing and outsourcing models and their specifics;
— Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies;
— Promoting a company and its products or services;
— Experience in customer relationship management;
— Experience in sales forecasting and processing;
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
— Dedication to providing great customer service;
— Collaborating with marketing teams on lead generation;
— English level — Upper-Intermedite and higher.
Soft skills requirements: communication, analytical, persuasion, active listening, time management and organization.
Will be plus:
— Developing business plans;
— Analyzing sales revenue and statistics.
— Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business;
— Mass mailing as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities;
— Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging my network;
— Identify potential clients, and the decision-makers within the client organization.
— Research and build relationships with new clients;
— Set up meetings between client decision-makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals;
— Plan approaches and pitches;
— Work with the team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives;
— Participate in pricing the solution/service;
— Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion;
— Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately;
— Present an image that mirrors that of the client;
— Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met.
