IdeaSoft is looking for a PR Manager to join our team and help with external and internal public relations. This position requires PR expertise, proactiveness, and a high level of involvement. -2+ years of relevant experience in PR;
-Proven experience with SMM (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram);
-Experience in working with media representatives;
-Experience in writing press releases, articles, and posts;
-English level — Intermediate +;
-Excellent speaking and writing skills in Ukrainian and Russian;
-Prepare and release materials about IdeaSoft’s success cases, company founders and their business activities, employees and their successful results, the company’s social initiatives, and other relevant topics;
-Highlight all activities in the blog and the company’s social networks;
-Work with Ukrainian and international media:
-Prepare pitches for communication with journalists;
-Prepare and release expert materials on the company’s behalf;
-Organize and coordinate all digital campaigns.
-Build relationships with influencers and journalists to build brand awareness.
-Work on IdeaSoft’s HR brand development and all activities related to this:
-Constant market monitoring and competitor analysis regarding the HR brand and its development;
-Prepare and release content about personal employees’ stories;
-Close collaboration with the HR & Recruiting department;
-Organize and coordinate campaigns for companies vacancies promotions;
-Work with professional IT marketplaces and feedback platforms
-Increase employees’ brand rating;
Will be a plus:
-Experience setting up targeted Facebook ads;
-Understanding of IT specifics;
-High-level knowledge of the Blockchain domain.
