UI/UX Designer (Middle/ Senior)


We are looking for an experienced UI/UX (User Interface / User Experience) Designer to join the IdeaSoft design team and work with us on various projects.

UI/UX Designers are valuable contributors at IdeaSoft. On behalf of the Design team, they create the most viable design solutions for the various company’s projects and products.

UI/UX Designer responsibilities include basic research, work with requirements, communication with clients and stakeholders, iterative creation of all design deliverables. To be successful in this role, you should have experience designing different types of mobile apps, complex web services, have at least basic branding and graphic design skills, and no less than an intermediate level of English.

-Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer in a company (2+ years);
-Portfolio of various design projects (websites, web services, mobile apps, etc);
-Proficiency in Sketch/Figma;
-Intermediate English or higher;

-Work with software requirements specification and create design deliveries according to the requirements;
-Plan and conduct basic research and competitors analysis for a project if it’s required;
-Design quality user experience and be able to create required UX deliverables (process flows and sitemaps, wireframes, benchmarking report, etc);
-Design user interface in accordance with requirements, user needs, and system restrictions;
-Incorporate best UI/UX practices for desktop web, responsive web, mobile app design;
-If required, create UI prototypes that clearly illustrate how website/web service/app would function using common tools (InVision, Marvell, Sketch/Figma prototyping, etc);
-Create original graphic designs if required (e.g. illustrations, logos, icons, etc);
-Work closely with the design team and Head of the design department;
-Work in collaboration with BA, PM, and developers on each project;
-Present your design ideas and deliveries to clients and team members;
