• At least 1.5 year of experience in recruitment in the IT field as well as a certificate that proves IT Recruitment courses finished;
• Hands on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings);
• Experience with ATS and databases;
• Excellent IT market knowledge and basic understanding of software development process, technologies and methodologies;
• Experience in developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications;
• Ability to conduct interviews and filtering candidates for open positions;
• Ability to maintain regular contact with possible future candidates;
• Intermediate English.

Обов’язки

• Vacancy analysis and candidate profile creation;
• Sourcing both active and passive potential candidates by using best research practices and utilizing job boards, social media, talent communities, and other possible and impossible resources;
• Screening resumes to determine candidate tech skills and domain knowledge fit;
• Conducting Interviews;
• Tracking pipeline data and provide relevant updates to hiring managers on all roles/projects supported;
• Monitoring professional events, meetups, channels as an alternative channel of sourcing candidates;
• Partnering and maintaining positive relationships with the hiring team, recruiting team members, and have a keen sense of negotiation with all customers throughout the recruiting process;
• Staying informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices;
• Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management;
• Identifying and building appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions and promote the company brand to candidates.

We are looking for an energetic, flexible, proactive and results-driven IT Recruiter like you to work for our dynamic IT company.

Ideally you will already have worked in a recruitment role within the IT industry for at least a 1.5 year, but we believe that your attitude, enthusiasm and passion to recruitment is more important, so we will welcome applicants who can demonstrate knowledge and willingness to learn and think for themselves.

You will need to be comfortable working in a mostly English-speaking environment, and as part of your job you will be dealing directly with our end clients.
You will be expected to think for yourself, come up with ideas, and work together with the rest of the team to succeed. We don’t even like saying “no”, or saying “it can’t be done”! We believe that everything is possible, it’s just about desire and approach.
