— Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders;
— Technical documentation creating / updating (Use Cases), Functional and Nonfunctional requirements, System Requirements Specification;
— Administrative support for project participants;
— Establishment of the management on software development process on the project;
— Communication with customers of the project;
— Creation of project plan;
— Tasks prioritization, progress control;
— KPI control on the project, time reports checking (time report’s based KPI creation);
— Risk management and change management;
— Elaborating and documenting of new requirements;
