The Role
To ensure iDealers are performing at their best, and actively developing for future growth with the right talent & learning tools, programs and career opportunities, we are expanding our team and looking for a Senior Talent Development Specialist. In this role, your main goal will be acting as a Learning Business Partner and supporting the professional growth of iDeals members by creating the best learning and development opportunities.
If you are passionate about Talent Development activities, believe in a science-backed approach, and are interested in working with a full-range cycle from learning needs analysis, through design and delivery to evaluation of the learning project, this role is an ideal match.
You will collaborate closely with the People Operations Department and report to the Talent Development Head.
What You Will Do
- Analyze and prioritize learning needs
- Design, deliver & evaluate learning solutions aligned with our business goals (live, self-paced, blended)
- Lead L&D projects from start to finish as defined by Objectives/OKRs
- Evaluate learning effectiveness and implement improvements to maximize business outcomes
- Manage collaboration with vendors
- Continuously improve own ways of working and suggesting improvements to the team
What We Look For
- Advanced English — both oral and written
- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development
- Experience in delivering training and designing effective learning solutions leveraging multiple formats (with a focus on virtual training)
- Profound understanding of adult learning principles
- Profound knowledge of trends and best practices in L&D
- Experience organizing learning events
- Working knowledge of training effectiveness measurement
- Experience working with LMS (UX and admin part)
