The Role
As we are actively scaling globally, we are currently in search of a Lawyer who will play a pivotal role in supporting the various business units of our company. This includes addressing standard issues initiated by the Sales and Customer Success departments, as well as providing assistance with procurement.

In your capacity as a Lawyer, you will have the opportunity to streamline processes and contribute to the integration of AI for legal applications. You will report directly to the Head of Legal and work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Tax, Sales, and Customer Success, to ensure seamless collaboration.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Support the activities of all business units within the company
• Manage standard incoming inquiries from both internal and external clients
• Draft agreements with clients of medium complexity, occasionally deviating from the specified algorithms
• Prepare agreements with vendors of average complexity, occasionally deviating from the specified algorithms
• Develop standard contract templates of average complexity
• Research and gather information on legislation in other jurisdictions
• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and automation in our work processes

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• 3+ years of experience in a legal role, preferably within IT companies; experience in Big4 or the pharmaceutical business would be a plus
• Strong business communication skills in English (C1); Portuguese or Spanish is a nice-to-have
• Extensive experience with EU and USA legislations
• Proven expertise, deep understanding, and knowledge of Intellectual Property
• Proficiency in agreement drafting and revision, as well as corporate legal work
• Result-oriented mindset, excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Open-mindedness, along with a high level of learning and analytical skills, and a natural curiosity
• Flexibility and proactivity, coupled with the ability to drive processes
• Tech-savviness and readiness to use digital tools to optimize workflow
