We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a profound understanding of user-centered design principles and have the ability to develop visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly digital products. The Senior Product Designer will collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams to identify user needs, conduct research, and design solutions to tackle complex problems.

Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with two teams, Insights and Billing. The Insights team’s objective is to consolidate and present data to users in the most convenient manner possible, creating dashboards and reports that are user-friendly. Working with this team necessitates a thorough grasp of data perception theory.

The Billing team is creating an internal system that generates and tracks client invoices. Here, you will need to develop an intuitive and automated interface for your colleagues to use.

As we enter the age of artificial intelligence, the Insights team will be working on models that recommend actions and analyse information for the user. There will be many exciting experiments to work on.

You will report to the Lead Product Designer — Dmytro Siniehin.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Lead the product design process from ideation to delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Conduct user research and gather user feedback to inform design decisions and improve product usability.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that align with user needs and business objectives.
• Ensure design consistency and quality across all products and platforms.
• Champion user-centered design principles and advocate for the user experience throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure design feasibility and provide design support during the development phase.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our design process remains innovative and effective.
• Mentor and coach junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to improve their design skills and knowledge.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• 4+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in design tools, such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• At least basic knowledge of HTML & CSS.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and user feedback analysis.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies.
• Experience designing for various platforms, including mobile, web.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Level of English, at least, B2 or higher.
• Bonus point: pro courses in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
