The Role

As a Senior Product Manager of iDeals VDR, your impact will be pivotal in driving the company’s growth. As the key member of one of our cross-functional product teams, you will work closely with engineers, designers, and data analysts. Your responsibilities will span the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to validating the success of your solutions. Customer-centric mindset, out-of-the-box thinking, and the ability to develop efficient solutions to highly impactful opportunities are essential to excel in this role.

You will work closely with the VP of Product Management and one of our Group Product Managers, fostering collaboration with diverse teams across iDeals, including Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.

Currently, we have two job openings, each with a distinct focus:

1. Senior Product Manager, Core

You will lead the development of the core functionality of our VDR product. We’re committed to significantly improve the efficiency of sharing and collaborating on documents for our clients and users. User needs within your product area will involve uploading, downloading, managing, searching, filtering, annotating, reviewing, and structuring documents.

2. Senior Product Manager, Payment

Your objective will be to revolutionize the payment experience for our customers and streamline internal processes for the Revenue team. You will be responsible for revamping our payment and billing systems, which will involve enhancing both the customer-facing and internal components of the process.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Define and execute vision and strategy for VDR tailored to advisory firms. Ensure that the strategy is aligned with the company’s vision
• Conduct market research, user interviews, and product usage analysis to get insights and find new opportunities
• Create and validate hypotheses for the product changes
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, UX writers, data analysts, and other specialists within cross-functional product teams to co-create and deliver solutions
• Drive creation of product requirements, including user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams to align product plans with overall business strategy and activities
• Contribute to go-to-market strategy and collaborate with the content teams to produce help, marketing, and sales materials
• Act as a product evangelist both internally and externally

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Extensive Product Management experience with B2B SaaS and/or Enterprise products
• Ability to grasp industry and market trends and apply these insights to product development
• Experience working with both qualitative customer insights and quantitative data to make informed decisions
• Genuine passion for delivering a superior user experience through intuitive interfaces and exceptional usability
• Experience of going through a full product development lifecycle: finding and transforming customer needs into opportunities, co-creating product requirements (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria), driving prioritization, and pre/post-release execution
• Strong orientation toward effective cross-functional collaboration via open, respectful, and empathic communication
• High level of English proficiency (at least B2)

NICE TO HAVE

• Previous hands-on experience with payments and billing processes (for Senior Product Manager, Payment role)
• Understanding of M&A, fundraising, and other financial operations
• Experience with Scrum and/or other agile-based frameworks
