Currently, we are looking for a Sales Quality Specialist (English + German), who will be responsible for reviewing Sales Agents’ work to identify strengths and areas for improvement in the communication process with Customers and assist in enhancing the provided services as well as the team’s productivity.

Team, you will work with: 7 Sales Quality Specialists, 3 Data Entry Specialists, and Sales Team. You will be supported by the Head of Revenue Operations Quality Control.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Evaluate the quality of Sales Agents’ communication with clients and their compliance with internal guidelines and metrics
  • Prepare reports and provide feedback according to the results of quality checks
  • Continually revise and improve the effectiveness of the Quality Control process and procedures to increase the quality of Sales Activities
  • Define which learning and training needs are necessary to increase the productivity of Sales Agents
  • Keep an eye on new sales/business trends that are worthy of being implemented to make sales workflows and results better

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

  • Upper-intermediate level of English and German (B2-C1)
  • 1.5+ years of experience in a Sales position in international markets
  • Expertise in Sales processes, their key stages, and goals
  • Experience working with key metrics and process effectiveness indicators
  • Advanced user of Google Sheets and CRM
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Critical thinking and systematic approach to work with a focus on high-quality standards
