One of our products, iDeals Board Portal, is a robust cross-platform app for managing top executive meetings in the corporate, government, education, and nonprofit segments.

Currently, we are looking for a Tech Lead React with a long-term mission of building a new version of iDeals Board Portal and elevating the frontend engineering quality to the highest level by setting and checking development standards and frontend architecture.

  • Contribute as an individual contributor performer or tech lead (70% of hands-on tasks)
  • Participate in the development of technical and architectural solutions
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance (~7 members)
  • Consult, coach, and advise development team on best practices, coding style & improvements
  • Support the technical growth of developers
  • Manage, mentor, and support team
  • Support the hiring/backfill process if needed
  • Conduct regular code-review
  • Maintain frontend technical backlog
  • Implement tasks related to the front as a member of the cross-functional team
  • Lead on technical design reviews and recommend improvements


  • Proficiency in English (at least B2/Upper-Intermediate)
  • Solid experience in software development (React)
  • At least 1+ years of experience as TL role managing a team of at least 5 developers
  • Good knowledge of Frontend architecture patterns (SOLID, GRASP, etc)

  • Knowledge Browser APIs, Code profiling
  • Understanding of REST API, Websocket

  • Experience with Unit/E2E testing (Jest, react-testing-library)
  • Experience with Material UI / etc
  • Understanding of Docker, CI/CD
