Now we’re looking for a Junior Accountant with a good knowledge of payment systems to join our team.

You will be part of the Finance team to increase its capacity by timely payments, collaboration with internal clients, and bookkeeping of expenses on a daily basis.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Assist in managing all payroll related responsibilities including preparation, reconciliation and processing of monthly payroll ( US, UK, Malta, China, Hong Kong, Australia, Brazil, Germany, UA);
• Entering information into the ERP system, incl. posting payments from clients (according to instructions);
• Processing incoming requests within the company (issuing new cards, questionnaires, inquiries from debtors, etc.);
• Compliance with standards for the maintenance and retention of records in accordance with the policy;
• Handling and managing paperwork relating to bookkeeping
• Participation in various projects and ad hoc assignments if required

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Bachelor in Accounting, Economics or Finance;
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, practices, and accounting software (1C, other);
• Theoretical knowledge of Ukrainian GAAP;
• Good experience with Excel;
• Analytical mind, responsibility, attention for details, and passion for numbers;
• Team player and client-oriented person;
• Upper-Intermediate English.
