Our team has tripled over the past three years to 300 people, and now business is growing even faster — we expect the team will expand up to 1,000 in the next 3-4 years.
Along the way, we a getting more and more demanding in terms of technologies and tools we are using, processes automation, and compliance with the highest security standards (SOC2, ISO27001).

Now we are looking for an experienced Head of Internal IT/CIO, who will have a unique opportunity to create and implement IT strategy and help bring IT Team and processes to the next level together with maintaining high-end cloud-based IS infrastructure landscape.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

— Create and implement IT strategy and roadmap
— Develop and maintain IT standards based on ITIL
— Oversee IT Operations (including KPIs and budgeting)
— Risk management in the areas of technology, people, and processes
— Team management and development
— Lead IT projects and prioritize projects portfolio, act as internal PMO
— Cooperate with business functions leaders to identify teams needs and turn it into the projects backlog
— Collect, analyze and prioritize business requirements
— IT service management and delivery, incident process management
— Support certification processes (SOC2, ISO27001)
— Maintain BCP/DRP ensuring the continuity of internal IT systems operations
— IT procurement including negotiation and management of suppliers and contractors
— Create methodological content (IT policies and regulations)

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

— Experience in IT services for at least 10 years including 3+years in management position (CIO, deputy CIO, IT Director, etc)
— Strong project management skills (Agile, Scrum methodologies) and project portfolio management techniques
— Business requirements gathering and business analysis skills
— Cloud infrastructure administration and management
— Experience in creation and optimization of IS Architecture
— Knowledge of endpoint management, MDM
— Knowledge of financial processes in IT (calculation of payback of projects, solutions, budgeting, financial justification of IT solutions)
— Knowledge of ITSM principles, ITIL standards, and methodology, incident management process management (including SLAs and KPIs)
— Basic knowledge of SDLC principles
— Basic knowledge of Security standards (SOC2, ISO27001)
— Experience in creation and management of BCP/DRP
— Strategic thinking, effective communication, and leadership skills
— Strong negotiation skills
English level B2+, both oral and written
