Sales Operations Specialist (Inbound) (вакансия неактивна)

Currently, we are expanding our Sales Operations team and we are looking for the Sales Operations Specialist (Inbound), who will help us execute sales processes in a more efficient and organized way, run more projects/pilots, deliver better documentation.

The mission of this role is being a mediator within Sales Team and between Sales Team and different functions within the organization, supporting and improving processes, and being in charge of routine work and tasks.

Responsibilities:

— Support and improve the tech side of various sales processes to enable sales team to deliver higher results
— Automate of sales processes, cross-departmental solutions implementation, running and participating in sales projects
— Act as the owner of sales tech stack: maintain and improve all current processes, manage current service providers, take actions in resolving any encountered issues, research new service providers based on technical requirements linked to the business needs, build custom integrations via REST API
— Execute routine work (i.e. PandaDocs sales templates management, data collection, and analysis for tactical decisions to be taken, etc.)
— Administrating of CRM system, answer all related questions regarding features and all connected services

Requirements:

— English: B2 minimum
— Practical understanding of the sales process, key stages, goals. Experience in processes flow automatization
— Strong experience with CRM systems: implementation, setup, support and maintenance deliver improvement for business needs
— Deep knowledge and advanced experience of SQL
— Hands-on experience with regular expressions, JSON, REST API (would be a plus)
— General knowledge of main project management tools, methodologies
— Critical thinking and systematic approach at work with the focus on high-quality standards
— Passionate about technology. The best candidate is keen to learn about how things work and can explain technical concepts in ways that non-technical people can understand
— Effective communication and negotiation skills.
