Therefore, we are looking for a Junior Tax Analyst to join our Tax Team, and help to cover any business-related activities from tax perspective.


— Support all questions related to tax compliance & reporting in the Group
— Research advanced international tax issues and relevant national / international legislation
— Track changes of tax and currency laws and regulations in countries where the company is represented
— Assist senior colleagues with analysis of tax implications on new business / employment decisions
— Assist senior colleagues with the implementation of tax risks mitigation plan
— Assist senior colleagues in structuring of operations for multinational group of entities
— Assist senior colleagues in the Group audit and M&A transactions
— Assist senior colleagues with internal audit on effective use of tax treaties, IP box regimes and repatriation programs
— Process ad hoc tax requests from internal users.


— 1+ years of experience in international taxation in IT companies / Big4 / other consulting companies
— Strong knowledge of tax legislation and local GAAP of Ukraine and/or Russia (CIT, VAT, WHT, personal taxation, tax residency, special tax regimes and reliefs, tax court practice)
— Basic knowledge in international taxation (e.g., tax treaties, transfer pricing, general understanding of most recent international tax developments from the OECD, UN, and EU)
— Will be a plus — basic knowledge in local tax rules, local GAAP: Malta, UK, Australia, Brazil, Hong Kong, China, US, Cyprus (e.g., CIT, VAT, WHT, personal taxation)
— Strong desire to dive into and explore new countries’ tax legislation
— Understanding of tax due diligence process will be a plus
— Understanding of IT business processes will be a significant advantage
— Business-oriented person with critical thinking and intention to deliver the best results
— Basic understanding of IFRS
— Confident Excel user and tech-savvy approach
— Open-minded person with a high level of learning and analytical skills, curious
— Strong in communication
— Flexible and proactive
— Upper-intermediate level of English (business communication), fluency in Ukrainian and\or Russian
