Senior Product Manager – Life Science (вакансія неактивна)

Our flagship product, iDeals Virtual Data Room , is our blockbuster — it is the software in the category with $50mln sales and 50% growth YoY. Our product is used by more than 100,000 companies and 500,000 users all over the world, mostly in the US and Europe.

This year we have expanded our strategy, and our ambition is to build a new B2B SaaS product in the Life Science industry. We have successfully completed the research phase and are moving on to MVP development. Our goal is to establish strong positions in the new market (ACV>$50k) and boost our ARR to $200mln.

To achieve this goal, we are looking for an entrepreneurial Senior Product Manager who has ambitions to create a global product. In this role, you will report to the Head of New Product, and be a vital member of the leadership team at iDeals. This is the best opportunity to grow into a Group Product Manager in a new line of business of iDeals with a startup spirit.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Conduct market & competitors research.
• Conduct user research and user interviews to get customer insights and new ideas for the product/feature.
• Create and validate hypotheses for the product changes.
• Develop and communicate the life science product roadmap to the product, engineering, sales and other teams.
• Create the product requirements for the hypothesis, including user stories and acceptance criteria for the development teams.
• Own the define the product metrics and indicators, product performance KPIs.
• Be in constant contact with Customer Success and Customer Supports teams to review user requests and implement them to the product.
• Act as product evangelist both internally and externally.
• Constant collaboration with Product data analysts and Engineering managers on their project plans and additional developments required.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Proficiency in English (at least B2/Upper-intermediate).
• Extensive Product Management experience with B2B SaaS (ideally including full product cycle).
• Market, competitors, user research.
• Data analysis and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau).
• Product hypothesis (creation, validation).
• Product requirements documents (success metrics, user stories, acceptance criteria).
• Product ownership/project management (set goals, track implementation, work prioritization and planning).
• A/B tests (set the goal, define variations, track results, make conclusions).
• Tech-savvy (don’t need to code, but understand basic front-end & back-end principles).
