International product B2B SaaS company — iDeals Solutions is hiring for a Talent Acquisition Trainee.

You will be working closely with our Recruitment Department as well as folks from the HR team.

Responsibilities:

• Administration and payment of job sites;
• Monitoring that the extension of vacancies is included in time and vice versa the removal of publications
entry of candidates into ATS;
• Organization of interviews and meetings;
• Providing detailed feedback to candidates;
• Coordination of work of agencies, meeting of candidates, search for negotiations;
• Writing summers for recruitment / board / retrospective team vacancies;
• Making reports;
• Coordination of test stages;

Requirements:

• Has a great desire to work and develop in the direction of talent acquisition
• Speaks English at the level of B1 Intermediate and higher
• Quickly learns new information
• Able to accomplish routine tasks
