• Thorough analysis of the customer support requests (emails, live chat, phone calls)(based on best practices in the market);
• Quality control of support policies and procedures;
• Providing feedback based on the quality audit results;
• Contributing to the customer support processes creation and improvement.
• 1+ year of experience in customer support (international market);
• Deep understanding of B2B customer support processes;
• Advanced English knowledge;
• Advanced German knowledge;
• High level learning and analytical skills;
• Proofreading skills;
• Energetic, flexible, and proactive.
• Experience in a similar role (Service QA);
• Technical mindset.
