We are looking for a person who will help us to reach the next level of market share — an experienced manager, an inspiring leader and a person with unique abilities to understand both in markets analyses and in product positioning.

Reporting into the department head, this person will be instrumental in advancing the core deliverables of our product offerings as it engages with its partners in Sales, Product and Marketing.

It’s a unique opportunity to manage the marketing of the product of an international standard being located in Ukraine, and successfully compete with the best examples on the international market.

Your competency profile:
— International experience, ideally with the U.S., Western Europe, and Asia markets;
— Experience in data-driven go-to-market strategies for products or feature releases;
— Experience in market research and analysis;
— Experience in creating compelling positioning, messaging and thought leadership content;
— Fluent written and spoken English;
— Ability to clearly communicate ideas to technical and non-technical audiences both orally and in writing;
— Result-oriented, comfortable with autonomy and are able to make things happen;
— Strong interpersonal skills (you’ll be doing a lot of coordination).

Обов’язки

— Plan the launch of new product releases and lead cross-functional execution against that plan;
— Market intelligence, be the expert on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria, be the expert on our competitors and how to beat them;
— Develop highly differentiated messaging, craft go-to-market strategy and execute cross-functional launches to drive awareness, purchase and adoption of new product offerings and features;
— Own user and product insights: Go deep on understanding Virtual Data rooms and how users engage across our product. Build data-driven, actionable insights that inform product strategy;
— Generate ideas and create most important parts of content which will be used by Marketing, Content, Sales and Support teams to deliver relevant and effective content;
— Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points;
— Work closely with the Product Managers to find the best solutions for the product offering.
