Sales Operations Specialist (вакансія неактивна)

Currently, we are expending our sales operations team and looking for the Sales Operations Specialist, who will be a mediator within the Sales Team and between Sales Team and different functions within the organization, supporting and improving processes and being in charge of routine work and tasks.

Your mission will be to make the sales-flow easier and as much efficient as possible via building successful communication with different departments, improving current business processes, establishing and launching new sales related procedures and activities to enable the Sales Team to deliver high results.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

— Support of current sales processes (field sales operations planning, inbound sales flow support, customer success flow support, etc.): help the Sales Team with questions related to Sales workflows, product questions, etc; execute routine work (i.e. PandaDocs sales templates management, data analysis for tactical decisions to be taken, communication flows management, etc.)
— Review, evaluate and update the current sales processes, bring insights from inside and outside of the organization, convert insights into action plans (create, establish and launch a new sales processes/projects/pilots)
— Act as a mediator between the Sales Team and other departments of the company, run and participate in cross-departments projects, communicate on behalf of the Sales Team
— Maintain documentation for current and new processes.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

— Advanced English (spoken and written), C1 minimum
— Deep practical understanding of the sales processes, key stages, and goals
— Hands-on experience in launching processes, their optimization and improvement with a focus on the business result
— Will to lead the internal projects with strong expertise in project-management (scrum methodology, project management tools, project cycle, project attributes — sync meetings, backlog management, demo, retro, etc)
— Experienced user of the CRM
— Strong in communication, affiliate behavior in disputes, desire to find the best solution for all participants
— Open-minded person, fast-learner with developed analytical skills
— Critical thinking and systematic approach at work with the focus on high-quality standards
— Energetic, flexible, and proactive, able to drive processes independently.
