International product B2B SaaS company — iDeals Solutions is hiring for a Middle Assessment and Development Specialist to to join our People Performance Team. Background in HR function at international process-oriented company and excellent knowledge of English (C1) would be the best fit for the role.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
— conduct and administrate 360 feedback
Learning and development :
— administrate Personal Development Plans and learning requests
— organize L&D activities
— gather feedback and materials and create corporate knowledge base
— manage the process of learning English for the employees
— constantly update Assessment tools library
— assist in candidate’s material preparation
You will also be involved in other processes and projects so that you have an opportunity to develop professionally.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
— Your English level is at least C1 — must have;
— You have 1+ year of experience in the HR functional areas;
— You have a working knowledge of Google Tools/MS Office;
— You understand how to administer HRIS;
— You have excellent verbal and written communication skills;
— You are a proactive and goal-oriented person;
— You are passionate about in order documents and dates; —
— You strive to get system knowledge and learn the best HR practices; —
— Your cordiality and caring attitude would be a great addition to our team; —
— Your participation in international student organizations or professional exchange programs would be an advantage.
