This year we have expanded our strategy, and our new ambition is to build a new product line and win large customers. Our flagship product, iDeals Virtual Data Room, is our blockbuster — it is the easiest to use the software in the category with $50mln sales and 50% growth YoY. 90,000 companies and 450,000 users use it from all over the world (mostly from the US and Europe). Our new strategic goal is to establish strong positions in the Enterprise (ACV>$50k) segments of our primary and adjacent markets and boost our ARR to $200mln.

To achieve this goal, we are looking for an entrepreneurial Head of New Product who thinks strategically and has ambitions to conquer new markets. The main goals for this role are to find and develop new niches (synergetic to iDeals’ current business, preferably in secure business collaboration software), build a new product and lead a new line of business. This person will develop product strategy, hire and lead a new product management team, and work closely with the executive team, sales, marketing and other departments. In this role, you will report to the VP of Product, work closely with the company CEO, and be a vital member of the leadership team at iDeals.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Develop and communicate the product vision, global product goals and roadmap to the product, engineering, sales, and other teams;
• Develop product pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies, identify opportunities for a new product;
• Take responsibility for the product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities — manage the on-going development of the product strategy, product roadmaps and specification of the product requirements;
• Work cross-functionally alongside Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing to deliver a world-class product;
• Form a team that will be responsible for the delivery of custom solutions;
• Own the defining the product metrics and indicators, product’s performance KPI’s, including financial indicators;
• Lead strategic conversations with key customers;
• Ensure the customer is at the heart of all our decisions, championing this throughout the organization.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

• Deep experience with world-class B2B software in a high-velocity environment, especially setting vision and measuring key outcomes. Entrepreneurial experience — will be a plus
• A passion for building products with leading positions in its’ market and delivering a world-class user experience;
• Solid business acumen, management, and marketing communication skills;
• Demonstrated ownership of defining and executing world-class consumer/B2B products in a high-velocity environment
• Strong quantitative analysis skills, including data gathering, data analytics, and application in hypothesis measurement and verification, market sizing/analysis, competitive analysis, etc.;
• Strong leadership — the ability to drive people forward to very challenging and ambitious goals;
• Act as product evangelist both internally and externally.
