This is the first-ever Head of Enterprise Product Management role at iDeals. You will be able to drive both a high-impact enterprise product and the execution ability to establish product superiority in a large and growing market. You will need to communicate effectively across multiple departments and have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice.
This is a leadership role reporting to the VP of Product. You will lead the current enterprise offering with 30 active clients and build new offerings for other enterprise markets.
Will be responsible for building and driving the strategy, roadmap, and on-going management of product launches, business readiness, and client migrations for up-market. The role will collaborate with other product managers and various cross-functional teams to define, build, and execute go-to-market plans.
The Head of Product Enterprise will own the strategy and market launch for our new products. He/she will partner with product managers to review client segment needs, identify product capabilities, and map selection criteria to ensure client needs are met within channel delivery phases.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess a broad background in creating new successful products in the B2B segment, be well versed in client segmentation analysis, be data-driven, and have experience with the product launch. This role will require strong influencing and negotiating skills across all levels in the organization.
We’re looking for someone who
— Has an athletic ability to understand, analyze, size, and define target markets. You bring in experience working in different business and pricing models;
— Has solid track record leading technological product development in consumer-facing startups/scaleups/innovative corporates;
— Has proven experience managing a sophisticated product suite across multiple segments (verticals + international);
— Don’t mind diving into the detail to properly understand a problem, but can pull back and take on the broader context to help inform your decisions;
— Has developed long-term, complicated, cross-functional product plans and rallied cross-functional teams behind a product direction;
— Has a deep understanding of how the work of your area solves user needs and contributes to the P&L;
— Has a track record of working at the highest standards of product: prioritization, customer research, and business understanding are baked into everything you do.
In this role, you will
— Develop product positioning, and go-to-market strategies, identify opportunities for our product;
— Be responsible for the successful and timely delivery of major product initiatives; coordinating the execution and participation of the different stakeholders;
— Own product vision, strategy, execution, and outcomes by creating enterprise product use cases, personas based on job roles, and marketing personas;
— Form a team that will be responsible for the delivery of the Enterprise solutions.
— Endlessly pursue a deep understanding of the customer & user problems, informed through research and data analysis;
— Manage the strategy for the Enterprise area and ensure that this strategy is aligned to broader company goals;
— Use metrics & KPIs to drive produced growth, creating reliable, scalable experiences for our enterprise customers;
— Be the ultimate decision-maker in regards to product prioritization;
— Develop and communicate the Enterprise product vision, global product goals and roadmap to the product, engineering, sales, and other teams;
— Ensure the customer is at the heart of all our decisions; championing this throughout the organization;
— Lead strategic conversations with enterprise customers in our case some of the largest banks, lenders and real estate companies;
— Create and validate hypothesis for the product changes;
— Conduct user research and user interviews to get customer insights and new ideas for the product.
