International product B2B SaaS company — iDeals Solutions is hiring for an R&D Engineering Manager.

As an R&D Engineering Manager you will be responsible for technological breakthrough and modernization of our main product. You’ll manage, guide, and coordinate a smart and experienced cross-functional engineering team that can solve any kind of technical and business problem.

What Will You Do:

You’ll be a genuine team leader, that is responsible for business and technical directions for your cross-functional team;
You’ll be a people manager, a person who is responsible for having the best performers in your team;
You’ll gather and analyze the existing requirements for our main product, create team’s backlog to rewrite and migrate it to the cloud;
You’ll be the person who is planning your team’s resources, building the best processes for your team;
You’ll take part in high-level architecture design in cooperation with your Tech Lead;
You’ll communicate with stakeholders and report directly to CTO to ensure that priorities are correctly aligned;
You’ll have everything you need to do your work in the best way, with the highest quality.

Your Competency Profile:

6+ years of software development experience as a Dev/Tech Lead with .Net (preferable) / Java /or similar;
2+ years as a Project Manager / Lead Engineer;
Solid people management experience;
Analysis of requirements experience — an ability to organize and maintain clear technical documentation;
Leadership and team’s inspiration is a significant part of your work.

Nice to have:

Solid knowledge of System Design.
