We’re looking for a Product Data Analyst to uncover solution usage insights to drive better roadmap decisions and improve the product. You’ll work directly with our Product Management team to understand their goals and proactively inform their direction and ideas with data.
• Own data analysis and visualization activities inside a Product management team, and communicate the outcomes/insights to various stakeholders to aid strategic decisions for improvements;
• Work with a Product management team to improve the integration and dissemination of data and intelligence;
• Create reports, dashboards and introduce new tools to manage operational performance/business productivity;
• Serve as an internal consultant for the Product Management team for data-related questions, including SQL, Python, Analytics tools, etc.
• In-depth expertise in SQL, data warehousing, data modeling, dashboarding, and reporting;
• Strong experience writing programs to aid analysis in a scripting language such as Python;
• Ability to write efficient and optimized queries against large databases;
• Has worked with large datasets and is capable of summarizing critical findings to appropriate stakeholders;
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Google Data Studio is a plus;
• Experience with Google Analytics and Heap/Amplitude/MixPannel is a plus;
• Highly analytical and quantitative, with strong attention to details;
• Self-driven mindset — knows not only how to answer questions, but will propose the right questions to ask;
• English proficiency at least B1 (intermediate).
