As our business is growing, new companies are opened in exotic countries and tax compliance becomes an important matter. Therefore, we open a new position of Tax Manager at our Kyiv office, and we are looking for an expert who will cover any business-related activities from tax perspective.
You will be responsible for
• Development and optimization of tax structure for international group of companies
• Identification and minimization of tax risks
• Analysis and optimization of business operations inside the group in terms of tax efficiency and compliance according to tax and currency requirements
• Track changes of tax and currency laws and regulations in countries where the company is represented
• Control of tax reporting in all locations where the company is represented
• Tax audit and support of the group M&A transactions
• Processing ad hoc tax requests from internal users.
• 3+ years of experience in international tax management in IT / Big4 / other consulting and law companies
• Strong expertise in tax legislation and local GAAP of such countries: Ukraine or Russia, USA, Malta or UK and will be a plus — Brazil, China, Australia, Hong Kong, BVI etc.
• Strong desire to dive into and explore new countries’ tax legislation
• Good knowledge of Transfer Pricing and Double Tax treaties regulations
• Experience in due diligence from tax perspective will be a plus
• Understanding of IT business processes will be a significant advantage
• Business-oriented person with critical thinking and intention to deliver the best results
• Basic knowledge in IFRS, financial modeling and analysis
• Experienced Excel user
• Open-minded person with a high-level of learning and analytical skills, curious
• Strong in communication
• Flexible and proactive, able to drive processes
• Advanced English language level (business communication).
