We are growing fast and currently looking for a Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Expert.
Our potential team member is the Manager of our recruitment projects, whose primary task will be searching for the best market experts. The goal is to find, attract and select the best specialists who would meet the requirements and fit in with our corporate culture.
Our perfect candidate:
— Is real professional Recruiter with 3+ years in recruitment;
— Has extensive experience in conducting interviews;
— Sourcing and direct search skills;
— Knows the full cycle of recruitment process and sourcing channels;
— Has strong communicative and analytical skills;
— Is ready to work both with IT and NON TECH vacancies (Developers, DevOps, Marketing, Sales, Finances, HR etc);
— Is a quick learner and applies new knowledge in work, easily adapts to change and tries out new approaches;
— Never stops looking for new technology that can improve the quality of and speed up work processes;
— Can quickly switch between tasks and fully embraces the importance and meaningfulness of what they are doing;
— Has at least B1 level of Engish.
Would be a plus:
— Expertise in developing a set of competency evaluation tools;
— Expertise in conducting Competency-Based Interviews;
— Project management skills
— Experience with ATS.
Expected performance results:
— Successfully manage 2-3
recruitment projects simultaneously;
— Close vacancies in time and in accordance with the established process
— Meet deadlines and SLA of the recruitment process;
— Partner with Hiring Manager to understand and prioritize hiring needs and develop strong selection processes through the use of established methods coupled with creative and innovative techniques and tools.
— Conduct thorough intake sessions for each requisition assigned, clarifying hiring needs and responsibilities, and ensuring job description reflects accurate knowledge, skills and abilities required;
— Interview candidates to assess for culture and skill fit using Competency-based interview techniques.
