1.5+ years of experience on a similar position;
Proven computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Products;
Advanced Microsoft Excel user;
Excellent communication and presentation skillset;
High level learning skills (for large scale of information);

Knowledge of French/Norwegian/Dutch/German;
Experience in Quality Control, Back Office, Billing, DB Admin, Call-centre;
Hands on experience with CRM.
