International product B2B SaaS company — iDeals Solutions is looking for an Interview Quality Control Expert. We are looking for an experienced Recruiter/Assessment Specialist/Trainer who will help our company improve interview quality to select the best-fit candidates.

In this role you’re going to ensure high quality and accuracy of hiring by constant improvement of assessment implementation in the hiring process

Main Competencies:

— 2+ years of hands-on experience and superior skills of conducting Competency-Based Interview;
— Profound knowledge of competency-based approach;
— Experience in providing feedback;
— Analytical skills — high level of verbal information analyses;
— Focus on high-quality standards;
— Ability to keep focus and concentration during a long period of time;
— Attention to details;
— Assessment technology knowledge (would be a plus);
— English — Upper-Intermediate.

Day-to-day Activities:

— Conduct day-by-day interview audit of TA specialists, Hiring Managers, Agencies’ recruiters;
— Identify development zones and fix results;
— Provide timely reporting on findings and dynamics;
— Provide timely (on weekly bases) feedback to all parties (Talent Acquisition Specialists, Hiring Managers, Agencies);
— Provide consolidated feedback and development zones to Assessment team as bases for learning and development;
— Provide ad-hoc assistance to Assessment team in candidates’ assessment projects.
