Your Expected Outcomes:

— Manage a team of 2 IT Ops engineers and several remote contractors
— Ensure quick reaction on incidents
— Provide reliable staging infrastructure for the engineering team
— Lead the of all manual deployment and maintenance processes
— Build and follow the strategy for scaling, high availability, and security
— Bring innovative and well-proven DevOps technology stack to the product
— Build a fully automated CICD pipeline and release management
— Management of development of quality process documentation
— Active participation in the recruitment of new specialists to the department

Your Competency Profile:

— You are a strong communicator. You enjoy helping onboard new team members, mentoring, and teaching others;
— You know how to build a great IT Opreations/DevOps team to meet business challenges on rapid company growth
— You know how to build processes to support a high-SLA web product
— You have experience in administering Windows Server and supporting web applications on Stack
— You have experience using Powershell and DSC
— You have configured automated deployment for web-applications
— You have a good experience in writing documentation

Would be a Plus:

— Building skills CICD pipelines skills that include automated build and deploy of ASP.NET web applications
— Experience with ARM or Terraform
— Knowledge of configuration management
— Profficiency with Azure Devops or other CICD systems and RM systems
— Working attainments with cloud providers (Azure or AWS)
— Ability to work with Docker containers
— Knowledge in Kubernetes or Swarm
— Work experience with Azure AKS/Amazon EKS/Google GKE
— Support experience MS SQL Server, configuring AlwaysOn / DB Mirroring
