Requirements

Experience:

1. 2+/4+ years of commercial experience (may be less in case of additional experience in related areas, such as customer support, etc) as a BA or similar role related to business and solution requirements
2. Experience with at least 1 blockchain project with minimal project duration of 3 months

Skills:

1. Proven BPMN/UML/Business process modelling skills
2. Proven requirements elicitation and formalization skills (workshops, interviews; user stories, acceptance criterion, use cases)
3. Solid experience with Jira and Confluence (Basic Jira board configuration, Epic -> Story -> Sub-task structure utilization, releases, JQL; Utilization of product requirements/meeting notes and other templates, macroses)
4. Upper-intermediate English (verbal and written)

Knowledge:

1. Solid understanding of software development processes (stages, environments, etc)
2. Medium knowledge of software development theory and methodologies (definition of done, definition of ready, SCRUM vs “Waterfall” vs Kanban, etc)
3. Basic knowledge of API (REST)
4. Basic knowledge of blockchain/distributed ledger technologies (differences between networks, standards such as ERC, blockchain principles)
5. Basic knowledge of QA theory (test cases, types of testing)

It would be a plus

• API testing and analysis experience
• BRD/SRS preparation experience
• Project management/Development/QA experience
• Experience on crypto-exchange as a user (Poloniex, Binance, others)
• Fluent English

Duties

As a medium/senior business/system analyst, you will be responsible for:

1. Elicitation, formalisation and communication of requirements to the development team from the customer, and vice versa
2. Management of the project scope via backlog

Based on your experience and preferences, and specific project requirements, you may also have other responsibilities:

1. Non-BA related activities (Project management/QA) in a project
2. Mentorship of fellow junior BAs
3. Overall BA team leadership (processes, standards, etc)
