Requirements:
⎯ 6+ months of experience as a Recruiter or Sourcer in the IT segment;
⎯ Strong knowledge of different sources of candidates (Linkedin, Boolean Search,
⎯ At least Upper-intermediate English;
— Ability to present the company positevely;
— Affective multitasking and time-management abilities (you will have to work on multiple positions simultaneously);
Responsibilities:
⎯ Searching for talented candidates via job portals, groups, and plugins;
⎯ CV screening and providing candidates for the next steps of the interview ;
⎯ Writing introductory letters to candidates;
— Interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks.
— Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs;
— Maintain candidate databases;
— Provide administrative support to the recruiting team;
— Working with the recruiting team to optimize recruitment systems;
