Description

We are looking for a talented 2D Animation Artist to bring life and energy to our slot games. In this role, you will create smooth, engaging animations for symbols, backgrounds, characters, UI elements, and win effects that enhance the player experience and highlight game mechanics. You’ll collaborate with artists, designers, and developers to ensure visuals feel dynamic, immersive, and consistent with the overall game vision.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a 2D Animator or Motion Designer in gaming, entertainment, or similar industries.
• Strong portfolio showcasing character, symbol, or effects animations.
• Proficiency with animation tools such as Spine, After Effects, Animate, or equivalent software.
• Solid understanding of timing, movement, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to optimize animations for performance on mobile and desktop platforms.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Animate slot game assets: reels, symbols, characters, backgrounds, and special effects.
• Develop feature animations (free spins entry, bonus rounds, big wins).
• Create UI/UX animations to enhance interaction and feedback.
• Work closely with game designers and 2D artists to integrate animations with mechanics.
• Prepare and export animations in optimized formats for developers.
• Ensure consistency with the project’s art direction and brand guidelines.

Nice to Have

• Experience in slot or casino game animation.
• Skills in 3D animation (Blender, Maya, Cinema4D) for hybrid projects.
• Knowledge of particle systems, VFX, or shader animation.
• Familiarity with agile workflows (Jira, Confluence, Figma).
• Passion for games, especially slots and casino entertainment.
