IAMPM

I’ve recently finished another course from IAMPM that covers a Utility Tree Workshop. This practice was designed to elicit non-functional requirements in a form of quality attributes, and scenarios based on the business goals, and functionality (in these workshops we generated requirements in a form of use cases).

The course was essentially a set of workshops that lead us through the technique in practice. Our lectors answered all of our annoying questions with detailed examples, I feel sheer gratitude for their time, and effort 😊
Such practice is essential for almost any project as neglected non-functional requirements often bring major dissatisfaction to customers and huge potential damage to the company image. I highly recommend this course to any Business Analyst, Team / Tech Lead, Project manager, or Architect.
